Nice to meet you, Thanks for your interest, but we are a B2B Company, working primarly with Business, if you are interested of knowing more, follow our journey or anything we invite you to reach us here
Relying on bottled water for your team of 30 or more? We’ve got a better solution. Fill out the form and our sales team will be in touch!
Clean, high-quality water is a fundamental human right, and yet billions lack access to this basic need. As climate change, pollution, and growing demand deplete our water resources, single-use plastic bottles are simultaneously clogging the planet.
Inspired by the morning dew in the Tunisian desert, Kumulus’ goal is to increase water accessibility and reduce plastic waste. We provide sustainable water solutions by creating mineralized water from air in an economical way.
Fans draw in humid air, filling the reservoir. Once the reservoir is filled to a certain level, the condensation process begins. The trapped air is cooled using a coolant, which causes the water vapor in the air to turn into liquid water.
This water is then directed through a multi-stage filtration system.
The final step in the process is mineralization. The water passes through the mineralizer tube, which contains mineral rocks composed of calcium and magnesium. These key minerals are added back into the water to achieve a balanced taste, enhance water quality, and provide nutritional benefits.
We are moving to a new mineralization process whereby we inject minerals directly into the water, for a higher rate of mineralization (kudos to our R&D team!).
The combination of innovative technology and a sustainable design allow us to deliver clean, mineralized drinking water to different locations. Whether it is remote communities with low water access or off-grid sites that would require transportation of single-use plastic water bottles.
Our solutions generate water from air without relying on existing infrastructure, making them ideal for off grid water production.
The flexible design of our solutions makes them suitable for offices, off-grid sites, schools, or community centers.
By reducing single-use plastic waste and dependency on transporting water bottles, Kumulus supports 5 of the UN sustainable development goals.
The advanced filtration and mineralization systems ensure high water quality that is safe and healthy for everyday consumption.
Our solutions operate efficiently in varying levels of temperature and humidity, guaranteeing output across diverse geographies.
Choosing Kumulus lowers costs tied to transporting and/or storing bottled water, particularly in off-grid environments.
We’ve poured a lot of time and effort into developing our solutions so that they can pour a glass of water from air for you — wherever you are. Since our air-to-water generators produce water through condensation, the production of water depends on the level of air humidity. As a result, our solutions will generate more water in ports near the sea than, say, a desert. But we have indeed tested them in the dry and arid environment of the Tunisian desert to great results!
The maximum performance of our solutions can be seen in temperatures between 18°C and 45° with a 40-90% relative humidity, which is when condensation occurs more effectively.
The adaptability of our solutions helps provide a reliable off-grid water storage system, regardless of where you are located. By adapting to different climates while maintaining consistent performance, our water generators offer an eco-friendly way to guarantee high water quality, wherever it is needed.
At Kumulus, we are constantly evolving and getting ready to face future challenges. Currently, we are developing a solution that would be capable of producing between 1,000 to 2,000 liters of water per day. From remote off-grid locations to deployment in crisis-affected regions, our aim is to provide water access to hard-to-reach areas.
As climate change, urbanization and population growth intensify the risk of global water crises, our solutions demonstrate that sustainable innovation is the way to go. By turning air into water, we not only provide safe hydration but also support communities and protect natural resources.
